Within 48 hours of pick up or delivery, most merchandise (excluding mattresses and special orders) can be returned to our store.  The items must be in the original condition and packaging. Most items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Deposits made to order items are non-refundable once the items have shipped to us and are unable to be cancelled (up to the 25% restocking fee).

Deposits/Payments are non-refundable if an issue arises on the delivery out of our control.  (i.e. doesn't fit through the door or doesnt fit in the room).  Doorway, hallway, stairways, and rooms should be measured prior to purchasing to ensure it fits into the space and can be delivered with no obstructions.
